Have been under Queens Oncology for around 10 years - always had wonderful care - Dr. Quigley and Dr. Athira are incredible.
Suggested improvements
More seats in waiting room - A TV would be nice or at least some soft music - nurses could smile a bit more! Sometimes a bit gloomy in the department!

At first, did not know what was going to happen on the day but procedure was explained to me at best as they could have.

Whenever I arrive at oncology reception, the receptionists give no eye contact don't even say good morning/ afternoon.
Suggested improvements
Reception needs to be more welcoming.
